About Our Panelists

Yanira Otero (she/her) 
Training & Development Administrator, Bulley & Andrews

Yanira brings her experience in fostering a sense of belonging within the construction industry and her leadership in Bulley & Andrews' Women's Group to this discussion. Having been instrumental in the revamp of their ERGs, she will share valuable insights on structuring and leading successful ERGs.

Jose Rivera-Perez (he/him) 
Civil Engineer Consultant, WSP USA

As a member of the VIBE WSP ERG for queer professionals, Jose will offer his perspective on building connections and fostering inclusivity within a large consulting firm. His involvement in industry leadership and passion for enhancing safety will bring a unique dimension to the panel.

Creative Director, Punch List Consulting & Visual Designs

Ebba, as the Creative Director of a Black and Queer-owned agency in the construction industry, brings a wealth of experience in community leadership, mentorship, and fostering connections. Their dedication to transforming the industry through innovative solutions will provide valuable insights into building inclusive environments.

Ezgi Kosereisoglu Talarico (she/her)
Senior Executive, Gilbane

Ezgi's experience as the first national leader of Gilbane's empower ERG and her passion for community impact and mentorship make her a key voice on this panel. She will share her expertise in developing programs that connect, attract, and inspire individuals to thrive in their careers.
