Build Out Alliance is a 501(c)(3) organization and is entirely funded through private donations. All donations are 100% tax deductible and help us to achieve our goal of making the design and construction industry a more welcoming and inclusive environment for LGBTQ professionals. How we could use support
Initially founded in 2017 over happy hour, Build Out Alliance has grown exponentially and is now a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Our 2018 key initiative was visibility. We aimed at bolstering our membership by participating in New York City’s Pride March, establishing monthly networking events, and starting a lecture series aimed at showcasing the LGBTQ community in the building design and construction industry. Looking ahead, we are hoping to continually expand our network and touch on every single organizational key initiative. We are currently seeking sponsorships to support these goals and our future growth.
