Volunteer with Project Angel Food

  • Project Angel Food 922 Vine Street Los Angeles, CA, 90038 United States (map)

Our Greater Los Angeles group is supporting the local community by volunteering to help Project Angel Food prepare meals. We are organizing a group of 15 people to join us on Sunday, April 30, to help prepare meals that will help many people in need. Just a few hours of our time can help make a world of difference to the most vulnerable people in the area.

Proof of vaccination and booster will be required. Times shown are meant to be Pacific Time!

About Project Angel Food

Project Angel Food is a non-profit organization based in Los Angeles, California that provides free meals to people who are critically ill and unable to prepare their own food. The organization was founded in 1989 in response to the HIV/AIDS epidemic, and has since expanded its services to provide meals to people with other critical illnesses, such as cancer and heart disease. Project Angel Food's meals are prepared by professional chefs and are tailored to the dietary needs of each individual client. The organization also provides nutrition education and counseling to help its clients maintain their health and well-being.
